Learn about our refund eligibility, subscription terms, and transaction standards.
At Events Follow, we strive to maintain the absolute highest standards of transparency and trust in all transaction activities. Whether you are preloading your Pay-As-You-Go digital wallet or buying tickets to local events, this policy outlines your rights and our institutional responsibilities regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.
We offer a risk-free 14-day refund window for wallet preloads. If you top up your digital wallet and decide it does not suit your operational scale, you can request a complete 100% refund of your unused preloaded balance within 14 days of transaction activation.
If you cancel an active event, delete a listing, withdraw it before approval, or if it is rejected by administrators, any deducted post price is instantly and fully credited back to your digital wallet. You are only charged for events that are successfully approved and remain active.
Wallet balance preloads do not expire and will remain on your organizer dashboard securely and indefinitely to facilitate future event listing approvals.
For ticket transactions processed through our secure payment gateway:
All refunds are processed directly back to the original method of payment used during purchase. In order to safeguard transaction privacy, Events Follow cannot route refunds to alternative bank cards or banking institutions.
Standard credit and debit cards generally require 5 to 7 operational business days to post refunded balances to your banking statement depending on processing network policies.
Refunds routed via modern digital processing systems (e.g. UPI, Netbanking, Google Pay) typically post within 1 to 3 business days.
In cases of suspected billing issues, we encourage active members to contact our support hub directly rather than initiating banking chargebacks. Chargebacks initiated without prior support contact may result in permanent suspension of your active host dashboard or ticketing privileges.
We understand that technical oversights or duplicate network charges happen. If you accidentally execute a duplicate wallet preload or top up an incorrect amount, you can request a grace adjustment and refund within 14 days of the transaction, provided no preloaded balance has been consumed.
Regardless of geographic location, Events Follow provides full transaction transparency and rights:
Our administrative support team retains absolute discretion to issue refunds or digital wallet credits under extenuating circumstances not explicitly detailed in this policy document.
We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy as our Pay-As-You-Go pricing variables or local events discovery footprint scales. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
Our dedicated billing protection team is here to assist you.
