Understand our guidelines regarding subscription cancellations, event rescheduling, and ticket voids.
At Events Follow, we empower our hosts and event organizers with complete control over their accounts and funds. This page outlines the cancellation procedures, timeframes, and terms for our Pay-As-You-Go digital wallet and event listing activations on our platform.
There are absolutely no monthly subscription contracts, recurring card deductions, or cancel fees. You only pay when you publish multiple events past your free quota, preloading balance at your own convenience.
Wallet balance preloads represent listing power. You may request a full 100% refund of any top-up amount to your original payment source within 14 days of payment, provided the preloaded balance has not been consumed for active approved listings.
Preloaded funds stored in your digital wallet do not expire. They remain securely available on your organizer account indefinitely to facilitate future event listing approvals.
If you cancel, withdraw, or delete an active event listing, or if the listing is rejected by administrators, the deducted listing fee is instantly and fully credited back to your digital wallet. You only consume balance for events that are successfully approved and remain active.
Cancellation of registrations or ticket purchases is subject to the following rules:
All wallet transactions, refund requests, and cancellation actions are secured and confirmed instantly. You will receive an automated confirmation email as soon as any action is successfully processed.
Events Follow reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon the publication of the updated policy text on this page.
